In this section, I'm going to link a few free self-assessment tools. However, take the results lightly. These tests can be helpful (and fun), but they're not all-encompassing. They can't possibly peg someone perfectly. We're all very complex creatures, full of intricacies and nuances that no test can pick up on. So if you choose to take these tests, understand that you could end up learning things about yourself on a broad level, but not much more than that. Again, these are free tests.

One important element of self-care is having a proper breathing technique. It's super simple to do, takes less than 60 seconds, and make a huge difference in many ways. Here are just a few of the many benefits.

- Promotes Relaxation

The important thing to remember with a breathing exercise is that you want to EXHALE for longer than you inhale. You can use the video below to practice your breathing. Simply inhale for 3 counts until the circle reaches its peak size, and then exhale for 6 counts as the circle gets smaller. Try doing this five to ten times, and try to incorporate it as a habit in your day.
